UPI transmitsthat Idaho resident David Rush regained the title of record holder by popping 200 balloons with a nail. Previously, he managed to set more than 250 Guinness World Records.
Initially installed one of them, popping the balls in 14.77 seconds. But another record holder later set a new record in 12.1 seconds, prompting Rush to make another attempt.
David missed one balloon on his first run, but timing was more important. The record holder still managed to set a record with a time of 11.83 seconds.
