Canada allocates .7 million for humanitarian aid to Libya

The Canadian government has pledged C$5 million, which is approximately US$3.7 million to provide humanitarian aid to Libya in response to the devastating floods that hit the country.

These funds will be used to purchase essential supplies such as food, medicine, water, hygiene items and temporary shelters to help meet the immediate needs of those affected by the floods.
