New personnel change in Ukraine: the commander of the training of the Ukrainian Ground Forces Command, Viktor Nikolyuk, resigns
Major General Victor Nikolyuk announced his resignation from the post of commander of the training command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
He stated that the powers of the commander of the Ground Forces Training Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being transferred to another person. In the future, Nikolyuk plans to take the position of unit commander in the active Ukrainian army and head one of the directions in the conflict zone.
Let us recall that in September 2023, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put Major General Viktor Nikolyuk, as well as another Ukrainian general Mikhail Drapaty, on the wanted list.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation brought charges against them in a criminal case. According to investigators, in the period from 2017 to 2019, they allegedly gave orders to shell the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, which led to the death and injury of 154 people.
