Editor-in-Chief of Rossiya Segodnya, Margarita Simonyanconfirmed that episodes with Philip Kirkorov and Lolita Milyavskaya from New Year’s programs after their participation in Anastasia Ivleeva’s party. Simonyan noted that these changes were made urgently.

“I had to redraw my lights, cutting out Lolita and Kirkorov from there, second by second,” said Simonyan.

She also said that Kirkorov and Milyavskaya would still appear on one of the central channels, since they acted as presenters, but their participation would be presented in a “maximally truncated form.” Simonyan added that they “cut it as best they could.”

In connection with the incident, Simonyan called on party participants to send money to the needs of law enforcement agencies and published bank details.
