Chicken drumsticks are an easy-to-prepare product that can easily be turned into an amazingly delicious hot dish. – 8 pieces of chicken drumsticks,

– 4 tablespoons of honey,

– 2 tablespoons mustard,

  1. Tender and juicy chicken drumsticks, rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Add salt to your taste.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix vegetable oil, mustard, paprika and honey. Paprika will give the dish an appetizing golden-red color, and honey will give it a delicate sweetness and crispy crust. If you prefer a more subtle honey flavor without too much sweetness, use 2 tablespoons of honey.
  3. Place the chicken drumsticks in the prepared honey mustard sauce and mix thoroughly so that all parts of the meat are coated with the marinade. Leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. If time is short, you can make several cuts on the stem with a knife and rub in the sauce even more intensely.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the marinated drumsticks in the oven. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, then turn the drumsticks over and cook for another 25 minutes.
  5. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, you can brush the drumsticks with a little honey to give them extra sweetness and shine.
