The absence of this policy entails not only a fine, but also possible legal consequences in the event of an accident. If several persons drive the same car, each of them must be included in the MTPL policy.
Although adding additional drivers to your policy is technically free, it may actually increase the cost of your policy depending on the characteristics of each driver. The law provides for a fine for drivers who are not included in the policy, and in the event of an accident, they may be required to fully compensate the injured party.
