Roll with herring and beets – this is everyone our beloved “Herring under a fur coat”, but in an original presentation.

Ingredients:
- onion – 1 piece,
- beets – 1 piece,
- carrots – 1 piece,
- potatoes – 1 piece,
- herring – 1 piece,
- mayonnaise and salt – to taste.
Preparation: We bake beets, carrots and potatoes in the oven (it’s much tastier this way).
We assemble the salad according to the traditional recipe (shown in the video), but at the same time, using film, roll it up and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
