Insurance companies have announced a simplified procedure for settling losses for clients injured as a result of the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk.

Victims can count on receiving additional assistance as part of their program, Rosgosstrakh reported. The company clarified that among the visitors to the concert hall, at least three had voluntary health insurance policies (VHI) from Rosgosstrakh.

Ingosstrakh promised a simplified settlement of losses for clients whose health or property was damaged in the terrorist attack. Policyholder applications are accepted in the office and the IngoMobile mobile application.

In addition, Ingosstrakh provides victims with additional consultations from crisis psychologists.

Sber insurance companies – SberInsurance of Life and SberInsurance – will make payments to the victims and heirs of the victims based on a minimum package of documents. To simplify the procedure, insurers will request data from the registry office.

“VSK” reported that it has expedited the consideration of victims’ appeals, and is doing it according to a simplified scheme, using a minimum set of documents.

Yugoria, RESO-Garantiya, Soglasie and SOGAZ also introduced a simplified insurance settlement procedure and consideration of victims’ applications out of turn. In addition to compensation for material losses and medical care, insurers offer clients psychological consultations.
