Manufacturers actively use marketing techniques to convince motorists of the need to purchase more expensive tires, but in fact, the advantages of expensive summer tires over more affordable analogues are minimal.

It is wiser to pay attention to wheels from lesser-known brands from China or Russia, which are much cheaper, but at the same time use Western technologies in production. Cheaper summer tires may not have a fashionable tread pattern, but in practice they will show a very slight difference in the length of the braking distance, the expert emphasizes.
