Ingredients:

Preparation:

1. Combine 150 ml of water with 100 g of flour, mix everything. Place the mixture in a larger glass or plastic container as the starter will grow.

2. Cover the container with film, then with a towel. Place in a warm place (not on the radiator).

3. After a day, take the starter and add 100 grams of water, mix well. Then pour in 100 grams of flour and stir again until the lumps are completely dissolved. Cover again with film and a towel, and return to a warm place.

4. Take out the starter and add 150 grams of water, stir, then pour in 100 grams of flour and mix again. Place in a warm place again. On the fourth day it should be active, with more bubbles and a more pronounced smell of fermentation.

5. Add 100 g of water, 100 g of flour again, stir. Place in a warm place.

The starter has grown significantly and has a sour, yeasty smell. Now you can use it to bake bread.

Store the starter in the refrigerator. Once a week, take it out, feed it a fresh portion of flour and water, and leave it in a warm place for 24 hours. Before using to bake bread, remove the starter from the refrigerator 24 hours in advance, feed it, and within 24 hours it will be ready to use.
