Igor Nikolaev was hospitalized in critical condition: on September 15 it became known that the composer was in intensive care. The musician’s wife, Yulia Proskuryakova, does not communicate with fans and does not share news about his condition. Journalist Otar Kushanashvili called on all concerned to pray for the artist’s health and revealed some details of his illness.

“Nikolaev’s ex-wife Natasha Koroleva sang “just don’t die, just live longer.” Aren’t these words so eloquent that we should all join in the prayer?” – Otar argues emotionally in his show “What is it like?!”.

The journalist confirmed the version that was previously voiced in the media: the musician again has heart problems, due to which he was already hospitalized this year.

“We are talking about a guy who has a relapse of the disease. For the first time, the singer, reassuring his fans, said: “Everything is fine with me, I’m strong.” Heavens, show your favor… When Igor recovers, I will feel that I did everything I could: with the power of words, the power of thought, the power of prayer. Pray for my friend and your favorite,” Otar addressed the musician’s fans.

According to some reports, Nikolaev suffered a massive heart attack and needed urgent surgery. The musician has now regained consciousness and doctors are monitoring his condition.

In January, the 63-year-old composer was also hospitalized due to heart problems. Nikolaev was placed in an intensive care unit, and then cardiac surgeons performed an operation and installed stents on him. The maestro’s young wife, Yulia Proskuryakova, then assured that everything was fine with her husband – they say, just a slight malaise, nothing serious.

“Is it really not possible for a person, even a popular one, to simply feel unwell, seek help, undergo an examination with a prescription for treatment, and stay in the hospital? Well, we got scared and called an ambulance, there’s nothing supernatural about it,” said the musician’s wife.
