According to the Russian leader, failures at the front are pushing the Ukrainian Armed Forces into desperate attempts to enter border areas, shelling peaceful neighborhoods and civilian infrastructure using MLRS, as well as attempts to hit the Crimean Bridge and the peninsula itself.
