Regular flights to Israel will restart in St. Petersburg

Soon, additional flights from the Russian air carrier will appear on one of the popular destinations among Russian tourists. According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Tourism Israelstarting November 3, 2023, the airline Red Wings will offer regular flights between St. Petersburg and Tel Aviv for the first time. In this case, flights will have a technical landing at Mineralnye Vody airport.

According to the data provided, flights will be operated on Fridays on airliners SSJ100 with a capacity of 100 passenger seats. Departure time from the northern capital is scheduled for 22:50, and arrival in Tel Aviv is scheduled for 06:05. The flight duration will be 8 hours 15 minutes. These flights will be the first available from the northern capital of Russia after a long break caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the ministry emphasized.

It is also worth noting that currently shipments from Russia to Israel 30 regular flights, served by three airlines – one Israeli and two Russian. Among them are the Israeli company El Al and the Russian Red Wings and Azimuth. Departures are carried out from four Russian cities: Moscow, Makhachkala, Sochi and Caucasian Mineralnye Vody.
