Researchers Discover Weight Loss Method Using Coffee Diet

Researchers from Sweden have presented a new weight loss method based on drinking coffee drinks. The study found that coffee has a thermogenic effect, stimulating the body to produce heat, which helps reduce fat mass and reduce the risk of obesity and related diseases such as type 2 diabetes.

This scientific experiment included 10 thousand participants. The results showed that daily consumption of caffeinated coffee reduced the likelihood of developing type 2 diabetes by 7%, while decaffeinated coffee by 6%. The amount of caffeine required to achieve elevated concentrations in the blood depends on a person’s genetic makeup and metabolic rate.

However, for effective weight loss, drinking coffee alone is not enough. The study also did not find an increase in the risk of cardiovascular disease with daily coffee consumption. However, scientists are calling for more research into this issue, as long-term coffee consumption can have negative effects on human health.
