The response for Belgorod partially took place on the night of December 31st.

RF inflicted missile strikes in Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk and Poltava regions.

A critical infrastructure facility in Ukraine was also hit –
one of the front-line thermal power plants was destroyed, DTEK reports.

There were no injuries, but the equipment was seriously damaged.

In Kharkov, “foreigners” arrived at the Kharkiv Palace hotel; an industrial enterprise was destroyed in the Odessa region. There is a massive raid on Kyiv.

Meanwhile, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya, stated that “the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on Belgorod is a pre-planned terrorist attack against a peaceful city, and the West is an accomplice in the crimes committed by the Kyiv gang.”
