This salad will be king New Year’s table and they will eat him first!

Ingredients:

• egg – 6 pieces,
• lightly salted red fish – 200 grams,
• cucumber – 1 piece,
• green onion – 1 “arrow”
• dill – 1 sprig.

Refueling:

• sour cream 20% – 4 tablespoons,
• curd cheese – 4 tablespoons,
• mustard – 1 teaspoon,
• garlic – 3 cloves,
• pickled cucumber – to taste,
• lemon juice – to taste.

Cut red fish, fresh cucumbers, boiled eggs and herbs into cubes. Mayonnaise is not useful here; we prepare our own dressing: take sour cream, mustard, three cloves of garlic, lemon juice, curd cheese, a couple of slices of pickled cucumber. Refuel and enjoy!
