Scientists have listed the secrets of joint health

Movement is critical to our health and it is important to keep the body strong and flexible. Even good posture won’t prevent potential stiffness or future joint pain without regular movement. Ideally, during working hours, especially if you sit most of the day, try to leave your workplace every 20-30 minutes. Take a walk, make tea, chat with a colleague. If movement is limited, do gentle rocking of your shoulders back and forth, or simple spinal twists and side bends while sitting. If your work is active but involves repetitive movements or staying in one position for long periods of time, move in a different direction and rhythm during breaks to maintain balance.
