Do you like eggs? Then you need to try this unique omelette recipe. Eggs with vegetables cook in just 10 minutes. The eggs must first be beaten with vegetables and spices and then steamed. The end result will be a soft egg pie.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil


  1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili flakes and oregano. Mix well with a whisk.
  2. Now add finely chopped vegetables to the mixture and mix well again.
  3. Use a steaming pot attachment. Grease with oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cover tightly. Cook for 10 minutes.
