Brownie with baked marshmallows: tender, chewy, with a moist center. You will love this dessert
Do you like soft chocolate cakes? Then try this marshmallow brownie recipe. These cakes are sticky, so it’s a good idea to grease the baking sheet well. To add flavor, the brownies can be decorated with melted milk or white chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 pieces of marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add chocolate and butter to a large bowl. Microwave them for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds. Repeat this until the mixture is smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt and mix well. Now add the flour and mix well into the mixture in the bowl. Make sure that no lumps form.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the center of the brownies is set. Remove the brownies from the oven and top with a layer of marshmallows.
- Bake the brownies for 3-4 minutes.
- Cut the dessert into pieces and serve.
