The Russian developer of software for the financial sector, Diasoft, summed up the results of its IPO at Moscow Exchange, the company said in a statement. The placement took place at a price of ₽4,500 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the price range of ₽4,000−4,500. According to the company’s estimates, its capitalization at the start of trading is ₽47.25 billion.
