Head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin At an open meeting with Vladimir Putin on the topic of the recent terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk, he reported on the progress of the investigation.

He fully outlined the course of the terrorist attack. According to the investigation, there were four killers; they entered the hall at 19:58 Moscow time and left at 20:11. They used automatic weapons as well as gasoline to set the concert hall on fire.

“As a result of the attack, 139 people died. Of these, 75 have been identified today. Three children were among the dead.”

The investigation conducted 200 inspections; a pistol and parts of an AK-74 were found in the car in which the suspects tried to escape from the crime scene. In addition to the four murderers, three more accomplices were detained, and the entire chain of intermediaries is being identified.

A study of the concert hall building is also being carried out to ensure compliance with fire safety standards.
