In Russia, the prices of the most budget domestic cars have noticeably increased; purchasing them is now about 100 thousand rubles more expensive.

“A striking example was the Vesta Cross sedan in the Techno version. At the start of sales, it was estimated at 1.685 million rubles, not taking into account the surcharge for metallic in the amount of 15 thousand. <…> Currently, its official price is 1.818 million rubles, which is 133 thousand higher initial,” reports the Autonews portal.

Also, Vesta in the Life configuration has increased in price by 80 thousand. Previously, it cost 1.421 million rubles, and now its price has increased to 1.501 million. The Enjoy package has increased in price from 1.463 to 1.561 million rubles. The price of UAZ Patriot has also increased.

In October, a rear differential locking function was added to the car, which led to an increase in price by 45 thousand rubles. Now the cost of a domestic SUV of the Euro-2 version is at least 1.53 million rubles. A car with a Euro-5 engine will cost 20 thousand more.
