To prevent cancer, you need to eat some more vegetables. The nutritionist recommends adding beets, pumpkin, cabbage, and broccoli to your diet. Among the berries you should eat are strawberries, sea buckthorn, raspberries and blueberries.
“The anti-cancer effect of cherries is provided by two components: quercetin and ellagic acid. It has been proven that they can kill cancer cells,” said nutritionist Oksana Galkina.
Berries can be eaten after the main meal or as a snack. Vegetables should be included in every meal.
