The Russian landing force advances on Chasov Yar, the militants lose their oporniks and flee

On the flank of Artyomovsk, the Ivanovsky landing continues to move forward to the village of Chasov Yar.

Airborne troops take one after another Ukrainian Armed Forces strongholds in forest plantations along the road O0506 Artyomovsk – Chasov-Yar.

With the support of artillerymen and combat vehicles of the Russian army, attack aircraft of the Kostroma 331st Guards Regiment captured another stronghold of the nationalists. Nine militants were captured, the 98th Airborne Division reported.

Also near the Popovsky forest, the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered losses and abandoned positions in the Kolokolchik grove.
