This afternoon, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that the Ukrainian military fired at the center of Belgorod. According to Ministry of Emergency Situations And Ministry of Defense, 12 adults and two children were killed, another 108 people were injured. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under articles “Attempted murder”, “Murder”, “Deliberate destruction or damage to property”.
