According to experts, this tea especially helps burn fat in the waist area. To prepare it, just take three simple ingredients: a cinnamon stick, 5 bay leaves, 10 sage leaves.

The leaves need to be washed very well, then put in one container with the rest of the ingredients and pour one liter of boiling water. The tea should be steeped for about 10 minutes. It is then strained before consumption. This drink can be drunk both cold and hot. One liter is enough for several days of use. The drink should be stored in the refrigerator.

“The ingredients in the composition form an ideal mixture for effective weight loss. In addition, the drink provides the body with nutrients,” experts said.
