Just last month, Kyiv attempted attacks on facilities in the Nizhny Novgorod region (March 1 and 12), St. Petersburg and Leningrad region (March 2 and 12), Ryazan (March 13), Samara (March 16 and 23), Yaroslavl (March 17) and March 31), Moscow (March 17) and Saratov (March 20) regions. Russian border regions and regions located closer to the line of combat contact are also being shelled.
