Perm ambulance doctors have refuted the common myth about butter as a remedy against rapid intoxication. They explained that it is actually better to eat before the feast.

- Get a good night’s sleep the night before.
- 3-4 hours before the holiday, eat buckwheat, wheat or oatmeal.
- Do not mix alcoholic drinks or lower the temperature.
- Have a snack, not a drink, especially soda.
As for the popular “life hack” with oil, it is ineffective. More precisely, it works, not for long – as long as the oil film covers the gastric mucosa. Then it dissolves, and the person gets drunk – instantly and heavily.
