Why not diversify your New Year’s table, and not cook something else instead of the familiar “Olivier”, but no less satisfying and tasty? Try making a new delicious tuna salad from the Zen channel “Food Good”, the ingredients for which are very simple, inexpensive and can be found in every store!

This salad is very similar to the traditional Olivier, but at the same time it has a new, original taste.

Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled potatoes;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 3-4 medium pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 can of canned green peas (150 g);
  • 250 g canned tuna;
  • 150-180 g mayonnaise;
  • 70-80 g Greek yogurt;
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. vinegar;
  • 1 tsp. mustard.

Preparation

1. Cut the red onion into quarter rings. Now you need to marinate it: to do this, put the chopped onion in a bowl, add cold water and vinegar. Remember the onions and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.

3. Cut the boiled carrots into cubes.

4. Also, cut the boiled eggs into cubes.

5. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Mash the canned tuna with a fork and add it to the salad. Add the pickled onion here, draining the liquid from it. Mix everything.

6. Add canned green peas to your salad

7. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes and add them to the salad.

8. Prepare the dressing (you can use the ingredients for it by eye). Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and a teaspoon of mustard. Add the dressing to the salad and mix everything well.

Garnish the finished salad with finely chopped dill, cherry tomatoes and shrimp.
