Strikes are being carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country. At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian troops in battles with the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not attack residential buildings and social infrastructure.
