Fertilizers for orchids:
1. Coffee: If you are a coffee fan, don’t rush to throw away the pulp. Pour a glass of boiling water over it and strain after 15 minutes. Then mix with water in a 1:2 ratio (liquid to coffee). This composition should be used to water the orchid once every 30 days.
2. Tea: Use the used tea bag by re-steeping it in enough water. The color of the liquid should hardly change. This infusion is also used to water the plant once a month.
3. Banana peel: Dry the banana peel in the oven, then chop it. Then add the resulting powder to a liter of water and leave for 3 days. After this, strain the concentrate and dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:2 before using it to water orchids.
4. Husk: Boil the yellow part of the onion peel in enough water for 10 minutes. Leave the broth for three hours, strain and dilute with water. When the color of the liquid becomes almost transparent, it can be used to water orchids, providing them with the necessary nutrients.
