State Duma Deputy Yaroslav Nilov reacted to the released videos in which Tyumen schoolchildren, united in a group, commit severe beatings.

He intends to send deputy inquiries to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor’s office and the governor of the Tyumen region in order to promptly verify what happened.

Law enforcement agencies have already identified the aggressors, emphasizing that they are local residents. However, the nationality of the attackers was not specified. Representative of the Azerbaijani diaspora Munis Mustafaev denies the connection of these schoolchildren with the Azerbaijani nation, describing the incident as a domestic conflict between classmates. He also emphasizes that the majority of participants in the conflict are of Russian nationality, reports nashgorod.ru.

Despite statements by a representative of the diaspora about the absence of national motives, official inquiries were sent to law enforcement agencies to clarify possible problems associated with interethnic hostility in the region.
