Emir Kusturica, chairman of the festival, expressed his opinion on what was happening, saying that the goal of the country’s enemies is to disrupt the normal life of its citizens.
He emphasized the importance of continuing creative activity in difficult times, arguing that art contributes to the improvement of life and is the best remedy against aggression.
