We offer you a recipe for a delicious and hearty pate chicken breast with mushrooms. Thanks to the addition of champignons, eggs and other ingredients, the pate from the website turns out rich and tasty.

– 350 g chicken breast,

– 2 eggs,

– 200 g champignons,

– 1 onion,

– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil,

– 2 tablespoons butter,

– salt, pepper to taste,

– several stalks of green onions.


  1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water for about 20 minutes, and the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces. Save a few tablespoons of broth from cooking the chicken.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil until soft brown.
  3. In a blender, combine boiled chicken breast, eggs, fried mushrooms and onions, softened butter, and warm chicken broth. Beat all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Salt and pepper the pate to taste, add finely chopped green onions and mix thoroughly.
