Endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova stated that an increase in abdominal volume can be caused not only by frequent drinking of beer and poor nutrition.

According to the doctor, changes in appearance may be due to eating fruits and berries at breakfast, which many people do.
She noted that fruits and berries can provoke the formation of gases, which, in turn, leads to an increase in abdominal volume. The doctor emphasized that many citizens do not even suspect this and blame bread and beer for their abdominal enlargement, although the reason is not only these products.
“You ate a serving of cherries (or other berries and fruits), and then are surprised, while on the beach, by your changed shape. Gas is to blame. Although your stomach may not bother you, simple sugars can still cause increased gas formation,” the endocrinologist wrote in your telegram channel.
“Don’t forget to eat berries and fruits, as they contain many useful substances, but remember in moderation, and be sure to get enough quality protein. To lose weight, watermelons are not enough, you need to change your lifestyle,” she concluded.
