Ingredients:
- red fish – 500 grams
- zest of half an orange
- juice of half an orange
- soy sauce – 2 tablespoon
- chili pepper – half a teaspoon
- salt – to taste.
Preparation. Remove the zest from half the orange. Squeeze out the juice from the same half, add the zest, salt, soy sauce, dried chili, freshly ground black pepper, and mix everything well.
Make a fish boat out of foil or parchment, put the fish in it, pour the marinade over it and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10-25 minutes. The time depends on the size of your fish. Bon appetit!
