Culinary blogger Toma Gotovitdoma shared her original vinaigrette recipe with Pravda.Ru readers. This simple salad is rarely prepared for the holiday table. But in vain! Maybe we should give it another chance!

Vinaigrette recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beets: 1 pc.
  • Carrots: 1 pc.
  • Potatoes: 2 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber: 1 pc.
  • Green peas: 200 g
  • Green onions – bunch
  • Red caviar – 3-4 tbsp. l.

Refueling:

  • Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar: 1 tsp.
  • Salt: 0.5 tsp.
  • Vinegar 9%: 1 tsp.
  • Dijon mustard: 2 tsp.

Cut all ingredients into small cubes (the size of peas). Mix all ingredients except caviar and green onions, add dressing, mix everything well. Place the salad using a cooking ring. Top with red caviar and green onions.
