According to information received, the 3rd assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, consisting of nationalists, tried to break through the defenses of the Russian troops, but the militants suffered losses and retreated.

Positional battles are taking place on the southern outskirts of Avdeevka. The city was practically cut in half during the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces. There are serious battles going on around the Zenit fortified area – the Russian army is advancing from four directions at once.

At night, the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to evacuate the wounded along dirt roads, but all vehicles were destroyed by Russian drones. In Pervomaisk, the Russian army attacks in the central part of the village.

Kherson direction

On this front, the Ukrainian army has approximately halved its artillery activity. However, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have increased drone attacks on civilian homes and cars, power lines, substations, etc.

“According to intelligence data, less experienced enemy UAV operators often practice their skills at non-military targets, using them as “training targets.” As well as any drone operators, if they have not found military targets, which, as a rule, happens,” the head reports Kherson region Vladimir Saldonoting that there were casualties among civilians.

According to information, the Russian army is attacking units of the 35th Marine Brigade and the 121st TrO Brigade, which were located near the settlements of Tokarevka and Mikhailovka on the right bank of the Dnieper. In a counter-battery fight, Russian fighters destroyed the Gvozdika self-propelled gun, the Giatsint-B towed gun and the D-30 howitzer. One of the tense points of the Kherson Front is Krynki on the left bank of the Dnieper. Part of the village is still occupied by nationalists, but the militants have already been pushed out from some positions.

Zaporozhye direction

The Russian army in the Orekhovsky sector returned part of the positions near the settlement of Novoprokopovka. Due to fog and reduced visibility, combat activity has been reduced. Taking advantage of this, Ukrainian troops made several attempts to rotate manpower. In turn, Russian artillerymen and drones did their best to prevent the regrouping of Ukrainian Armed Forces militants.

The fighting near Orekhovo entered a static phase. The 33rd mechanized brigade was transferred to Artyomovsk, and its positions were taken by the 118th mechanized brigade and the understaffed 151st separate reconnaissance and strike battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which greatly reduced the enemy’s offensive potential.

Flanks of Artyomovsk

The Russian army is advancing towards the village of Chasov Yar from the southern part of Bogdanovka and from the southern part of Kleshcheevka. The Russian Armed Forces also advanced in the Andreevka area. Against the backdrop of the successes of the Russian Armed Forces on this front, information is received about the formation of an operational reserve of armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Army in the Kramatorsk region. About twenty tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and self-propelled guns were seen in neighboring forest plantations. In the near future, it is possible to transfer reinforcements for a counterattack from Orekhovo. An attack by the Vsushniks could pin down the Russian army on the flank and distract it from the assault on the Hours of Yar.

Kupyansk direction

Russian motorized rifles, in cooperation with artillerymen, repelled three counterattacks by attack aircraft of the 43rd MoBr and 25th Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Army in the Sinkovka and Timkovka areas. Artillerymen of the Russian Armed Forces hit more than 150 military targets, including temporary deployment points, concentrations of Bandera troops and military equipment.

“Enemy losses in the Kupyansk direction amounted to up to 60 military personnel, three mortar crews, two pickup trucks and a 122-mm self-propelled gun 2S1 Gvozdika,” reports the Russian Ministry of Defense.
