The list of banned foreign organizations has been expanded in Russia.

The FSB website says that on Friday, December 29, Russia recognized the Ukrainian Aidar battalion as a terrorist organization. The unit was included in the register based on the decision of the Southern District Military Court.

The 24th separate assault battalion “Aidar” is a ground force that was previously part of the defense of the Lugansk region. It was created in 2014. The basis was the volunteers of the “Right Sector”* (banned in the Russian Federation and recognized as a terrorist organization).

Earlier in the State Duma after the poisoning of Krasovsky statedthat the GUR of Ukraine is a terrorist organization. The task of the Russian intelligence services is to collect information and also determine who will be put on trial as war criminals.
