In the Crimean safari park, the lion cub Simba stood up on his paws

SIMFEROPOL, December 29 – RIA Novosti. A paralyzed seven-month-old lion cub named Simba in the Taigan safari park in Crimea stood up on his paws and began to walk independently, zoo director Oleg Zubkov told RIA Novosti.

“The lion cub was brought and transferred to the zoo. His hind legs completely failed, and he couldn’t even crawl on his front legs because of the pain. We quarantined him. Now, a week and a half after treatment, he got up and walked. He will be fine now,” he said.

According to him, the small predator is already slowly moving independently, leaning on its hind legs.

The sick lion cub was brought to the zoo from the city of Saki, where he lived in a private house as a pet.
