Julienne with mushrooms is a simple dish that you can prepare without an oven. Don’t save the recipe for a special occasion – include it in your everyday menu. The recipe is provided by the site menunedeli.ru.

Ingredients:
- 500 g champignons,
- 100 ml cream,
- 100 g sour cream,
- 160 g onions,
- 100 g hard cheese,
- 15 g wheat flour,
- 30 ml vegetable oil,
- salt, black pepper, nutmeg – to taste,
- 15 g of greens.
Preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms into 6-8 pieces.
2. Cut the onion into half rings, fry in vegetable oil, add salt. Fry for about four minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and salt to the onion for about five minutes.
4. Evaporate the juice by increasing the heat.
5. Add flour, mix everything, reduce heat.
6. Pour in cream and sour cream. Add salt, pepper, nuts. Simmer everything for four minutes.
7. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and cover with a lid. cook for another four minutes.
8. Sprinkle with herbs.
