According to a report by experts from the consulting company NF Group, the most expensive penthouse in Moscow was valued at 7.3 billion rubles.

This penthouse has an area of ​​863 square meters and is located in the Le Dome residential complex, located in Soimonovsky Proezd opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Its cost is a record; it is believed that one square meter of such housing costs 8.4 million rubles.

In second place in terms of cost is a penthouse with an area of ​​1,154 square meters, located in the Duo clubhouse on Sofia Embankment. Its cost is 4 billion rubles. In third place is a penthouse in the Residence 1864 complex, also on Sofia Embankment. The cost of this apartment with an area of ​​1227 square meters is estimated at 3.43 billion rubles.

Experts also claim that there are cheaper options on the market – for about 2 million rubles per square meter. However, the price greatly depends on the location of the property relative to key places in the city.

Earlier it became known that the most expensive apartment in Moscow can be rented for 13.8 million rubles per month. This is a two-level townhouse with an area of ​​530 square meters, located in a residential complex on Kooperativnaya Street in Khamovniki. Inside the townhouse there is a kitchen, a living room with high ceilings (7.2 meters), a cinema room, a wine cellar, two bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms.
