The Russian Permanent Representative to the UN called Ukraine “a private military company in the hands of Western countries.” In his opinion, Kyiv “failed” and now he and his allies should expect “the worst news” in the near future. The diplomat stated this at a meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukraine.
