The head of government expressed the opinion that such criticism was not voiced by South Africa during the escalation of military conflicts in other hot spots in the Middle East. “I ask: where were you, South Africa and everyone else who lectures us when millions of people were killed and driven from their homes in Syria, Yemen and other areas? You were not there because everything you do now is just empty chatter, lies and vanity. We will continue our defensive war, the justice and morality of which are incomparable,” he added.
