Incomparable cake “New Year’s stump” will please everyone your guests with a unique taste and unusual appearance.

Ingredients:
Biscuit:
- – egg – 3 pieces
- – sugar – 150 grams
- – vanilla – 1 sachet
- – milk – 5 tbsp. l.
- – flour – 180 grams
- – baking powder – 1 tsp.
Fudge:
- – sugar – 1.5 tbsp. l.
- – cocoa – 2 tbsp. l.
- – cream 20% – 100 ml
- – butter – 20 grams
Cream:
- – butter – 180 grams
- – boiled condensed milk – 1 can
- – curd cheese – 140 grams
- – vanilla – 1 sachet
Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar for about 10 minutes until fluffy. Then add milk, flour and baking powder. Mix with a mixer at low speed and pour the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, level it and place in a preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare chocolate fudge: place sugar, cocoa, vanilla, cream and butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan and heat until all ingredients are completely dissolved; no need to boil.
The sponge cake is ready, remove the parchment paper, align the edges of the sponge cake and measure out three 8 cm strips. Grease generously with chocolate fondant.
For the cream, mix softened butter, boiled condensed milk, vanilla and curd cheese. We knock everything down for about three minutes.
We roll everything into a large roll, grease it with cream, and the sides with fondant. Using a fork we imitate the bark of a tree and our wonderful “stump” is ready.
