Chaliapin explained that the apartment became his inheritance through his grandmother, with whom he was friends, and noted that this was a personal matter. He rejected an incorrect question from bloggers about the origin of the inheritance, emphasizing that many people in the world inherit property, and envy about this is inappropriate.
