  • 500 g chicken liver,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 chicken eggs,
  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream,
  • 0.5 tsp. salt,
  • 2 tbsp. l. cognac,
  • seasonings (to taste).


1. Grind the liver and onion in a blender bowl.

2. Add egg, sour cream, salt, seasonings to the liver and beat again until smooth.

3. Pour in cognac, mix everything.

4. Place the mixture in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
