MOSCOW, November 22 – RIA Novosti. Rain, sleet and strong winds are expected in the Krasnodar Territory, blizzards and ice in the Volga region, and rain and snow in the Primorsky Territory and Sakhalin, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, told RIA Novosti.
