Studies have found that the most effective methods of combating obesity are bariatric surgery, as well as the use of Zepbound and Munjaro.

An analysis of 126 scientific publications selected from a variety of articles found that bariatric surgery leads to weight loss of 25-30%, while tirzepatide-based drugs such as Zepbound and Munjaro lead to 21% weight loss after 72 weeks of use.

According to the study, semaglutide-based drugs such as Vegovi and Ozempic (with weight loss of 8 to 21%) and behavioral therapy (with weight loss of 5 to 10%) are also effective.

Scientists emphasize that obesity is not a problem with a lack of willpower, but rather a disease that requires further study.
