Security arrests a fraudster who deceives his victims of his ability to employ them in public institutions – Al-Youm 24

Yesterday, Monday, members of the Judicial Police Squad in the city of Bucre arrested a 41-year-old person on suspicion of his involvement in a case related to fraud and deception on the grounds of fictitious employment in public institutions and the impersonation of an identity and its use in theft.

Preliminary research information indicates that the suspect was involved in exposing a person to a scam, under the pretext of mediating for him in a fictitious employment in a public institution in exchange for sums of money. He also fraudulently used the victim’s national card to withdraw sums of money from his bank account.

The seizure and inspection procedures carried out in the context of this case resulted in the suspect being found in possession of identification documents in the name of others, in addition to a sum of money suspected of being obtained from these criminal acts.

The process of filtering the suspect into the National Security database also revealed that he is the subject of several search warrants at the national level, issued by the National Security Services and the Royal Gendarmerie in Guelmim, Agadir, Ouarzazate, Oujda and Tangier, on suspicion of his involvement in criminal cases related to fraud, fraud, and issuing bad checks.

The suspect was kept under theoretical guard, subject to the judicial investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, with the aim of revealing all the circumstances and circumstances of this case, and determining the criminal acts attributed to the person concerned.
